I'm fine with reduction for Bufty.

Bufty is very peacefull person on the server i agree tht we can make less than 30 days.

I agree with the reduction, there doesn't seem any pre-meditated intent to insult. Just a spur of the moment mistake.

Since can't post in locked topic - but figured it would be worth mentioning, it is possible Henkie is misunderstanding this posted by Izumo;

Cloud and Rotten are clear bans. Henki could be treated like that Pelaaja guy in "whiteboy" case (he got normal 3-day at the end).

I do not believe it is a deliberate ban evasion as he joins on the same name and converses with players. Someone hiding from a ban doesn't do this.

It's a fair point, but only one administrator said it and the conditional "could" was used. The thread was then subsequently derailed onto the topic of Bufty before anyone could discuss it.

He had to change his GUID to join. That's clear act of evasion. If he joined under same GUID, he'd get banned from the game. Then it's time to ask here on forum, not change GUID and lol join I'm not banned.

I had to reinstall UT, don't have the original dvd anymore, my dvd player doesn't work anyway, BUT I do have a legit key, since I bought the game...

So, I just thought I could play, what I like to do, especially on your server. No racism, no ban evasions...

Well, you joined with a pirated key, not your CD-Key.
