Another bunch of fixes:
FieryAxisTrack
- fixed obj2 -> obj4 glitch

DeathRace
- fixed some invisible walls blocking raptor and not blocking SPMA
- control room is back
- raptor is "Prison Raptor" instead of "Volatile Raptor"
- bases optimised

HellbenderRace[Hardcore]
- invisible walls are no longer blocking raptor (+ added one more to prevent potential glitching)

RaceTown
- fixed early obj3 shortcut and modified the area a bit
- replaced the bridges (so scorps doesn't fall through)
- several minor graphic tweaks
