Could something be done with the horn-spam? Currently on a game of Aztec and every f*cking n00b is spamming dixie horn, first 2 mins couldnt even hear the background music due to spam

No thanks, I don't want to see Checkbox Culture rear its ugly head again. Horns should be given a 10-20 second interval, a usage limit per game or be removed entirely.

I think a delay is the best, and easiest, option to implement.
That or horn stops your cars engine for the duration of the horn, lets see who uses it then

What do you mean? I don't see the problem with an extra option in the Nitro Vehicles menu.

That sounds nice but I don't think that will turn out well in practice.
