I think I told several people a few times over the last two years (also when asked). What's the purpose of asking if you forget it anyways or don't write it down somewhere?Izumo_CZ wrote:

Unfortunately, the meaning of the act of congratulation has changed over the last years. People set up systems which remind you for certain events (such as a birthday) on Facebook, a forum or somewhere else. Thus, the meaning of being remembered by someone loses its value (at least that's my perspective).
Anyways, since I don't celebrate my birthdays, I don't really care.
