how would you reliably judge that? Sometimes hip is more appropriate given the situation. You make it sound like hip would have a skill penalty.

As you like to say, law of averages. There are some people who never aim and I would be intensely interested to have hard data on who they are.

If hip has penalty there's more lowskillers (unlike if aimed has bonus there is more highskillers).

Such statistics could just be displayed on a separate page somewhere for people to make their own conclusions. There is no reason to put everything into the same number while all kinds of interesting information could be gathered. Average movement speed, reaction time, tendency to avoid danger, enemy encounter frequency, lots of stuff that would be more useful than raw K/D.
