Apex was one of the offenders in question. He bought a new key and now can play freely. What's the message here? Nazism means you never play here again, or Nazism means you go and pay a few quid for a new key?
There isn't any - Apex is playing freely because nobody cared about that.

Well, a judgment made doesn't have to be set in stone.

I am actually against that "new license = new start" in case of any perma (cheater etc.), pretty much since UTAN. Though not going to change already decided cases.

I'm going to make a post according to the regime we live in today.

You guys completelly decline the sense of hope in humanity and second chance for mistakes.

It makes me feel sad - I didn't do anything wrong at all - not with even intention, I just broke a rule... and I appealed for it. This used to be a nice place to stay with, relax and talk with people...and have fun.

Very narrowminded and if you allow me, I don't know why comparing GMs to Nazism is banable if people should have the liberty of speech and thinking, as long as they're not insulting you. People have the right to say what they think - even if they're not right.

The "equality, fraternity and tolerance" that was founded with the Democracy we live in, clearly doesn't lives in your souls. He broke a rule, kill him -

Like you never made a mistake before, without any sort of intention, and you'd still have to pay for it - Forever without the choice of going back. Probably happened to you at sometime and life's not always fair, but we're humans and we're supposed to help each other whenever we can.

As a philosophy student I think as one, and I think a lot about the world and the people. Shit will always happen but the change starts on us.

Making something completelly prohibited to talk about, question about or mention, is not Democracy, it's just another form of a fascist thinking to prevent something something bad or good depending on the person and it's ideals/objectives...

Humankind still got a lot to improve, and thinking only brought us to higher places, never killed us - now some people don't want to think at all.

"People think too much but feel too little."

Charles Chaplin

And I'm Agnostic - I'm not influenced by any sorts of ideals but only what appears to be the truth, and when I say something is true that's because I'm totally sure about it - unless I'm not, I'll probably say it's probable, or makes sense. - I don't repeat what I hear from my neighborg or what I listen on TV. I think with my own viewpoint and then compare to the other's.

But you probably never studied Philosophy in Germany, it's a shame, it would be good as it makes you think a little about life.

And what happened here was a shame, sorry to say. You had your reasons to do that, I don't blame you, but not even a second chance - that's gotta hurt.

Your server - your rules. Just calling some points into atention. Certaintly everyone knows that Nazism ideology is a bad thing because no human beings should be killed because you think you have all the points with your arse. And promoting it, alright, should be bannable or at least avoided. But comparing GMs to fascists... lol

I take this ban as an offense because it's like you're saying I support these ideals wich is not true, and I didn't know about it till like 2-3 years ago.

Sorry for emo post but I was feeling like I should say what I think - and please don't judge me for saying what I think

Nice.

You don't have free speech here. Democracy doesn't exist here. This is a private game server and we act as we wish. Most of the time this involves us choosing to listen to players for obvious reasons, but we are under no obligation to.

I'll end the thread with some choice snippets:

> Pablito_DeathUSB: is a nazi symbol?
> Michael: yes
> Michael: No
> Michael: It's the latin cross
> ApeX: nup
> Pablito_DeathUSB: are you sure?
> ApeX: nazi angled lines
