I never said right and wrong are defined by me, but they're not defined by an unthinking majority verdict either.

How about a suggestion to stop thinking about this mess? If one cannot get over random offences seen in the internet on daily basis, is it really worth spending pages on these discussions to determine a course of action?

It should really be plain and simple: the banhammer should only be used if people start getting excplicitly offensive to each other.
