Honestly, if you try to fulfill every requirement unreal engines provide, you will only be able to create heavy armored bald guys and robots at most. The shoulder pad is not supposed to be metal, it's more like glossy rubber or kevlar.

Yeah, the server pushes the three versions of Alice with the names Alice1, Alice2 and Alice3 in the .upl. If a player uses the real characters, only clients who have installed the Alice skins can see them.

On another note, can i have a download link to the gordonteamskin model that the server uses? Its the only one i dont have and i cannot find it on the internet

No. The only solution is to rename the characters.

I'm playing Borderlands 2 these days and someone made the skins from the characters of this game to UT. Also it's been updated recently with new ones. Not only you find the main characters (Handsome Jack, Maya, Axton...) but also enemies (Goliaths, Nomads, Midgets... and of course the Psycho Bandit you see on the game cover ). Some of them if not all have a custom voice pack too.
