Although I'd make sure about the following: Open registry editor (Win + R and then type "regedit"), go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Unreal Technology\Installed Apps\UT2004 (32 bit systems) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Unreal Technology\Installed Apps\UT2004 (64 bit systems) and make sure that there is correct key under CDKey (overwrite it if not).

There was not a correct key under CDKey so I overwrote it.Do i still have a pirate GUID?
