And with a left-handed view it's all reversed anyway, which makes certain readouts fun (e.g. FG50).

But any reduction of resource sizes would be welcome - I know some play at above 1080p resolution but I really can't see the need for 2048x2048 during play (maybe if rendering static promotional screenshots).

It's possible to read textures from one UV layout and bake to another? I'm going to have to figure out how to do that.

It's called UV channels in max. You can also make a copy of your model, unwrap it and use projection to bake from one model to another. Not sure how it's called in blender though.

Baking is a powerful tool. I made Axon logos on Rocket's torso this way. The original UV layout was distorted so I detached the central part, made a second UV channel, unwrapped it, made a black texture with white letters and projected it to the original texture. I use this stuff quite often.

Thing is. on my old 32 bit vista with 4 GB RAM I *never* crashed or ran out of memory despite there being considerable less of it. This issue only came about when I went to a new 64 bit OC with Win 8.1, if texture size etc was the issue I'd have had the issue on the Vista PC too.

@Calypto ~> And what about not infinite but staying like 1 minute (less or more, as you wish) and then dissapear ? It'll spawn items as before but it'll stay as now: not infinite, just a little bit.

@Satin ~> I know some people who got problems with their games on a computer/laptop with Win 8.1. Maybe the problem is here ?

That is possible, but the rate of spawns could be increased first before any code will be changed.

I get crashes almost every game in invasion on win7 pro x64.

Me too, but it is normally when I have some enchants, such as rage. When using rage I see the slide show type of effect couple of mins before it crashes. Sometimes it just freezes, and shows a cross cursor, then I have to kill the program. I also have win 7 home x64.

Yeah this is exactly what happens to me. Not sure about rage though, I usually use medic weapons.

Could also be a problem with RPG modifier textures over the BW textures, as BW shouldn't even work with RPG had it not been for TitanRPG.
