You might want to try this for the factory reset. Of course, don't forget to back up your files.

Although, when looking at your screenshot I would tend to say that it has to do with the battery, not the system. When my phone lasted less than 6 hours Android System was taking more than 80% of the battery, hence the clear cache/dalvik cache. I'm not sure it would help in your case.

I dropped my iPhone 3G like a 100 times already, even on stone from a fairly high altitude, but its still working perfectly even though the original casing got a huge crack. Feels like that old Nokia that just couldnt break no matter how hard you tried.

Why would you buy something so beautifully designed like an iPhone 5s and then cover it up with some cheap plastic case?
