Would a vehicle portal-based map work? So three tracks with five or six portals, transporting the racers all over the bloody place. Might be an option for such a huge arena.

you can pick any meshes you want and apply my textures to them. if the textures don't fit I can adjust the uv layouts in max, for ut2004 it's quite simple

Flying the Raptor become impossible when (accidentally) fly it trough the teleporter for the benders.
