I'm new on forums, I couldn't find it XD
But i have some questions:

1. When can i use the Private Messages?
2. Now I've registered here, will I be a clan-member?
3. My name in game is Starman[NL] but here I use StarmanNL because the [ and ] don't work, is it possible (if i gain clan-member with it) to let Starman[NL] be a clan-member?

Welcome on the forum.

1. Private messages in terms of forum pm system? Immediately
2. there's actually no clan, but joining the community has actually no way. We choose the people who play often on our servers and are behaving well etc.
So build up a relation with the admins and gain fame within the players
3. If we decide to make you a member somewhen the name will not matter. Your GUID is being saved in clanmanager.

Private messages are enabled since you have 5 posts automatically (antispam). I've enabled them for you manually.
