Email from a banned guy

Hello,i have some question's: when I try connect to [LDG] Server #4 - Building [CH] a connecting error writes, "your ip is banned from this server" I did not play 2 days, and here such gift... On the book of ban's is nothing, if it UTAN then can u correct it? and into the bargain I can not be registered on a forum, The password does not contain the required characters writes.I realy wanna play on this server. there r' many my friends, and i very like build.
