What on earth happens to passengers inside vehicles? o.O

Hey all, me as usual with some more questions, i am clueless to what is going on... i attach an actor to a pawn, that pawn gets into the vehicle, the actor is still attached if the pawn is the driver, however if the pawn gets into 1 of the passenger seats, the actor stops following the player, and alot of other stuff stop working too o.O

Can anyone tell me why is this happening as passenger and not as driver?
And yes i do use Instigator.DrivenVehicle
