What would be the requirements for a member to become a moderator?

We will most likely pick from trusted members, as it's the safest way to avoid problems. If we can't find enough candidates there will probably be an opportunity to apply, but I cannot see that being likely.

You dont need to go give everyone mod powers, just play on the race server more, you know you enjoy it Aza

Plus, if you choose a trusted member that already goes on the server frequently, they wouldn't have to go out of their way or change their schedule. They'll just do what they've always been doing, but just look out for players not following the rules

I have been monitoring assault server in webadmin almost the whole afternoon and haven't seen some big trouble...
Its all about the game, and how you play it
All about control, and if you can take it
All about your debt, and if you can payit
Its all about pain and whos gonna make it...

Same. I think Meep is exaggerating things a bit :P
I sit in webadmin/ in game everyday and I dont see anything major happening, sometime I session people for spamming or balancer abusing (but ONLY FOR ABUSING if someone speces and rejoins on the winning team he is an asshole but he didnt broke any rule), but even that doesent happen a lot, maybe 2-3 times in a week. Thou I am not omnipresent and I might miss some things.
Also about that Raptor teamramming, in my almost 3 years playing here I never saw anything like that happening ._.
Remember that you can take screenshots when someone breaks the rules and post them here if there is no admin active.

Such things always happen when nobody is watching 8-)

Of course they don´t happen every day....even sometimes there is no trolling for a week or two. But if something happens and you can´t reach an admin for help ( i had also other situations where aza was spectating and helping instantly ) you´ll have to live with it. Sure you can take screenshots for later proof but that doesen´t solve the problem at first.
