Ban: CarWash (#3 only)

Was having a discussion about players cheating, when it not only became apparent he was wasting my time (talking about converting video files to .demo4) but he also made an (empty and ridiculous) threat to have the server closed if I didn't ban my "m8s" who are apparently hacking. I don't take threats like that from anyone.
