Serverstatus message ingame

Looks like many players don´t know yet that there is a second BW server so maybe the status message should be displayed longer or more often. Maybe a short welcome message would help too. Also the possible mods on both servers should be displayed.
Possible to show specs (who are waiting for a free slot) a different message like "Hey why you are waiting, join the second BW server there are x free slots" ?

Well, the message is now global (sent from external application) and I didn't want it to spam much (it's once per 5 minutes). Second thing to be fixed is that it doesn't show the amount of bots (so it won't go below 6). Yeah I could add the gametype to the message too.

also it should show real players, i don't bother to join a botted server and your able to show the the current mode if possible?

The current mode may not be necessary as I may experiment with #1 Freon Only and #2 Multi gametype.

Status message will now show real players, as well as the gametype and the map once every 3 minutes.
