Fixed that (not sentitel's spelling error of the similar word).

The mentality of "1$ = 1x" is pretty frustrating. Blizzard do it for their games too. End up paying 20-30% more just because we pay in GBP.

It's because of VAT. In US, you do pay sales tax, but that's determined by your billing address (i.e. if you pay smth with Oregon billing address, there is no sales tax and therefore no extra charge, California has some 7.5% - 10% or smth like that, if you buy it internationally then there is no sales tax). In Europe, our 20% VAT or smth. simply makes up for the bloody conversion 1 USD = 1 EUR ._.

It doesn't. The conversion rate for GBP to USD was 1:1.6 as far as I last saw. They're dicks, nothing more.

Well I was talking about 1 USD = 1 EUR situation (which is like 1:1.28 now). They actually do that with GBP as well?

If you find yourself banned because of a pirated copy of UT, you can buy a legal one here for 4€/3£/5$: http://www.gog.com/game/unreal_tournament_2004_ece . There are also other deals changing every hours.

On HumbleBundle, there is the Weekly Team 17 Bundle with Worms games in pay what you want.

On Steam, Far Cry Weekend with all Far Cry games for 10€ and each one for -75%.
Its all about the game, and how you play it
All about control, and if you can take it
All about your debt, and if you can payit
Its all about pain and whos gonna make it...

Also this Origin country retardation is bound to release dates as well it seems (well right now I actually am in US and don't need VPN), Dragon Age Inquisition now shows 18th November instead of 21st. (;

For Thanksgiving, almost all of the websites are decreasing prices.

- On Steam, new deals every day. See home page. Have an overview here.

- On Amazon.com, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor for 19.99$

Shadow Warrior for 3.99$ (same price on Steam)

Binary Domain for 2.99$

Civilization: Beyond Earth for 24.99$

Alien Isolation for 24.99$

Call Of Duty Ghosts for 15$

On Amazon.co.uk, South Park the Stick of truth for 8.74£

- On GoG, Epic 15th Anniversary with all Unreal games (except UT3 :P ) for 7.96$ or 3.99$ each

- On Nuuvem (bresilian website), see deals here. (Be careful, some games are region lock but it should be indicated on the product page).

- On the Humble Store, the Humble Weekly Bundle Zen Studios 2 with tables for the flipper Pinball FX2 in pay what you want. The base game is free.

You can also check Gamersgate and GreenManGaming.

Also in a few weeks, there will be the Steam Winter sales so if you don't find what you want this week, you'll find them a bit later ;)
