Added blocking volumes

Added some more blocking volumes where you could circumvent them
Added trees
Added barrels
Fixed terrain in many places
Added some planks
Removed some junk on rooftops and also added barrels on rooftops to make camping harder
Removed junk in general
Added more buildings
