Chat offenses

In light of recent affairs in Ban Appeals I thought I would solicit opinions on what should constitute a chat offense.
The rules as they stand:
- Obviously racist words.
- Implications that any race, ethnicity or nationality is inferior; for example, via invocation of such in an insult.
Should the rules be modified in any way, and are there any words which should be added or removed? Recently a user commented with surprise in finding that "faggot" and "fag", which demean homosexuals, were not on the list. Should they be?

Retard, I think that should be on the list.
Edited to make it look like I wasnt insulting you =P
Though in all honestly, I think any insult of any kind to another player should warrant a mute.

I believe people should be able to insult each other as long as its funny to everyone and isn't serious, I can't fully enjoy a game without telling all my teammates that I hate them for no apparent reason.
Azarael, you are an awesome admin, and long live your ferocious might!

Telling someone you hate them is not insulting them, also saying it as a joke isn't insulting.

Can I tell them that I God's gift to their team? Only time I want to insult somebody is when I am being raped to hell. I believe if I call someone a "botter noob no skillz lamer, un perro de kaka!" that can be taken as a compliment for being so good.

What if one is typing a troll sentence, as they all end in word+fag (trollfinitive)

Offences like those BlackCheetah described do often sound in the chat. I remember myself calling someone "crafty motherfucker" or something as a compliment a few times. But I believe the topic is not about these occurrences.
Speaking of offences in general - here's a useful guideline:

Nevertheless, letting people swear at each other is not a good idea, and if there is some fucktard in the chat who's being hard about actually offending someone, he should get a mute or ban.

You know, when it is said "u r fuking bastard", that is understood, you owned (fucked) someone so that is a kind of raging acceptance of a fact. Whatever saying that player meant (to insult, as usual, or to delight, as sometimes) I usually perceive that as an unwanted compliment for domination.
Delight is usually followed by a smiley. Insulting is unacceptable generally, but in this case that is some kind of satisfaction maybe to hear an insult of dominated in a fair(!) and interesting game scene. Its like some kind of trolling: you dominated someone in an unusual episode and as an effect he outrages. With delighting smile if he is positive person or with a wish to harm you if he is negative whatever, you owned him and caused some emotions.
But when somebody saying "u r dirty bastard", that is a bad insulting for sure meaning to harm player personality. And I dont like to hear such things from one players to anothers.
Using "dirty" with a @racename@ is always unacceptable.

For me I don't care what anyone says as long as its not spammed. A game with noone saying anything because, no emotion? hmm...Then what makes it multiplayer different from single player? I prefer to see lots of angry and happy posts and not just one sided "oh thats nice", "gg","bye," I need to see some PASSION, SOME RAGE, SOME EVIL! I AM EVIL!

I quite agree with BlackCheetah, myself am a little vindictive when I play and sometimes insult other players.
For example "u killed me bastard

"
It is obvious that in a multiplayer game, there are emotions and some players have trouble containing them.
Personally, as long as there is no rascism, I dont care!
