A question from my side though, is why he got directly a 7 day ban for glitching the first time?

As english doesn't seem to be his strong point, I'd wager he doesn't even understand why he was banned repeatedly for glitching, so continued to do it, or even what glitching is in the BW definition.
It would feel pretty bad if you were in that position
