My UT is messed up, and I was wondering if anyone could help when I start up UT I have no control of the mouse or keyboard to skip the intro, or in a server, I only have control of them on the menus, any help would be awesome.

Re: UT problems
Try deleting your UT2004.ini and user.ini (back them up first)
To see if you still get the problem

Re: UT problems
have you checked your control configuration in the input section of the settings for the game ?. this happened to me during a game after a on line crash and all my key binds got set back to default keyboard settings and no mouse. i had to reset my mouse and keyboard bindings.
