You dont have a bank account?? How old are you? Im sure you know someone with an account who you could give the money to, to actually buy the game... like everyone else has.

On LDG ONS server can`t play with pirate key too....

Steam has Unreal deal pack including all Unreal games from SP to MP on sale for 13,59€, though get it fast as the deal ends in 8h.
Normal UT2004 Editors Choice is currently 14,99€ on Steam also.

Or if you want to go the cheaper way, pick up a second hand copy of UT2004 from some local shop/ebay, but it will be a gamble if the key is banned or not.
