I did not wish that aim frequency be used for the purpose of determining skill, as some weapons like the XK2 are designed around hipfire. I would, however, use it as a metric to control access to common spam weapons without having players accusing me of targeting those I don't like and adding them to the spam list.

You mean, check when awarding kill, what happened it happened with and whether it was aimed or hip?

i think that you should also measure the proximity to the enemy the said player is shooting at. Because if the player is close enough that hip fire would hit just as many shots as aimed, then why waste time aiming? (god i'm never saying that again) If you're right up in their face, hip fire would be just as effective as aimed. This is one of the only points where i use hip fire.
You see a mouse trap, I see free cheese and a fucking challenge.
They will try to kill you. Kill them back.

Sometimes u just need to hip, everyone does.

When someone turns around the corner, brain says "shoot" and not " ok press the iron sights, aim and shoot" trollface

When you're trying for a baby, it's best if you carefully aim your shots, but when you just wanna have fun, you just grab her hips and shoot like crazy.

Yeah. The idea being that an aimed kill percentage (of all kills that can be aimed) below a certain threshold would lock players out of certain spam weapons.

Yeah, locking people from weapons. Seems like a good way to stop the players leaving the server

i think there is too much thinking now about "how do i make ppl the way i want to". When ppl shouldnt hipspam, well remove hip or lockl it ( like the experiment)
but... 50% dont care about aiming, well let them spam and hf in playing.

Rather think about new weapons or sth, but not about the skill system -_-
