Add creative dimension

I propose to add to MC server a creative dimension. It can be used to make prototypes of creations that are going to be built in regular world.
This dimension also have advantage that things can be built in cooperation with other players. Plus, potential players, who want exactly creative mode itself, will be pleased.
There is no need for it to be a usual map with mountains, water, etc. On the contrary, it can be only a superflat world. Albeit this moment should be discussed more.
Dimension would be handy for me too.
