Make the mesh more solid. Socio did it on Ballx to fix the same issue.

You cant make a mesh "more solid".
There are two ways to fix a vehicle exit glitch.
1st. If the vehicle wont be used beyond the destroyable objective, add a not too big class blocking volume in front of it (Ballx cave fix).
2nd. If the vehicle will be used beyond the destroyable objective, add a killing volume behind the objective that will be "turned off" after the objective will be destroyed with a Volume Trigger (Hera blast door objective, Gasoline 2nd. garage door destroy objective).
