Why do some of the pixels look distorted near the game timer?

Heres my time. I dont know how fast exactly I was but the playtime says 2:37 and on another screenshot I took today (second screenshot), also on wickedsickrace, the playtime is +56 sec compared to the actual time (on Eifs screenshot its +57 sec). So that would make it 1:31 or 1:30.
