When I said 3 minutes, I meant in actual play because you lose more or less 1 minute at the beginning of the game with the warm up (the time doesn't reset and when the countdown begins the playtime is around 1 minute). So yes, 4 minutes is probably the fastest you can do (by a couple of seconds).
