In the attachment of this post you will find a cache cleaner I wrote back in times of ut2k4-gaming.
You may need to open the "/UT2004/Cache/cache.ini" via "Datei->Öffnen". If you see the list of filenames, you are good to go.
1. Select the files you want to extract from your cache.
2. Click on "Extrahieren" (Extract)
PS: "Alle wählen" means "select all"... just in case you want to extract everything.

Ok so after that I just run the game?
Anything else to do?
EDIT: Nothing changed. I see the file extracted in my System Directory with the correct name and stuff. What else do I do?

If you've extracted the files, they should be placed in the correct folder.
Simply try to start a game and see if it works.
About the TAM system: TAM works on loadout by default, meaning that it will give you all weapons. You don't need it.

Didnt work. Read my edited post.
EDIT: To make it simpler, just put all the 3SPNv3141BW files into a .rar / .zip file, upload to mediafire and gimme the link .

Instead of just requesting the files you might consider providing us with the information of what exactly didn't work. What errors you got and if the file is in the folder.

I see the 3SPNv3141BW in my UT2004/System directory. The Freon gametype hasn't changed to match the freon on the server. Possibly to troubleshoot this I need to rewrite the coding for the previous .UCL file.
(I have no coding knowledge to do this.)
