http://uz2.ut-files.com/ is now back up, enjoy. The PWC redirect now redirects to the ut-files redirect: http://uz2.ut-files.com/. This is the largest and most reliable place to find UT2004 files, so if your favorite UT2004 file download site doesn't have a file, you should definitely give this a try.

Doesn't affect us as we have our own redirect.

www.utzone.de is a very large site led by my good friend Donzi.
I contains many downloads for UT Classic, UT2004 and UT3 but its on German though.

It does have a minor effect in that various old files which may not be present on file hosting sites are gone. The awesome Unreal Bropen map Vulcan is an example.
