but change it so you can use it in practice round and endgame/vote. to prevent zound spamming/taunts
Any thoughts?

Zounds don't really add much, and force every player to download a large library of sound files for no real benefit.
People get bans for excessive taunting, so Zounds just seems like a disaster.
With that said, I like Zounds personally.

it don't have to contain a gazillion different sounds, more like the (short) hi/bye/GG/HF/n1/nice/epic ect. not sounds which are complete tracks.

reminds me of the good ITS NL (ONS) server,it had these zounds

But seriously though, what's the point? What's the purpose? How is the experience improved in any way by having zound available pre-match and during the voting? Even for those of us not using Zound, the chat will be spammed with beeps and text from those who are.
