To keep this alive, we are now (on RACE anyway) experiencing up to 2-3 seconds of lag when players join once a match has begun, that's On-Join lagging out the server, for those technical minded peeps.

Whilst all the memes and jolly japes are all cool and stuff...
Is anything happening to see why the server is lagging?
Is there a reason for it?
Is the server screwed?
Is it shared with someone else?
The on-join lag is frankly ridiculous now.
If all you have to say in response is a meme or bullshit comment, don't bother. I'm actually trying to see why this has happened, and if it can be rectified.
I'd bet if we swapped the AS/Race content with the BW one, there'd be players all over the place crying about the server, so some seriousness here please.
