I asked Socio if he knows where I can find the "Jester" skin from UT3. He said "maybe on skincity" but I didn't find on it so I searched on Google.

I find a pack of skins ut3 for ut2k4.

I think all skins from ut3 are on this pack (I didn't take a look, I just wanted the skin of Jester).
