Telefragging - Does it affect your Skill?

Does being telefragged affect your skill? Just was wondering if it does, because that might be affecting people's skill even though they are innocent. And also, can u make it so when telefragged, your player teleports to a random place on the map, like fall damage does, to prevent missing out on the game for a round?

Yeah but going through a teleport that has FP7's and T10's placed all over it, along with many guns pointing towards it, is hardly balanced.

Pff... teleports are ok, the problem is the telefrag... your teammates are more dangerous than the other team... Happens very often that Noobs kill you because they just jump immediately after you, or they cross and cross back again...
Anyway, you may avoid them and take the longer route...

I mean they're a crutch to cover for shitty mapping. What do you want me to do? Don't get me wrong, I'd love to delete the Urban Hot Zone teleporters and move the damn map into DM and TDM where it belongs, but...
