How to get the server supported skins

You completely misunderstood what showall is used for, but ok.

Originally Sentinel, the bot started it. If this 'showall' has no more intention to go any further, I would remove it from his auto messages, or however you configure him.

Does this work on the Invasion server?

I ran the commands but couldn't see any difference on my av.

It may not have been added to invasion. Ask azarael, he added them

Don't know, if people made their own models and made them server compatible and if they would suit to the servers restrictions of height, size and team colours, aza would think about adding these skins.

As for the ones already made now, most likely no. unless they suit the restrictions. (not Yoshi btw
