Weapon Bug!

Didn't find any threads about it, so here it is.

I am listing some of the 'symptoms' of this bug:
-Sometimes the player spawns with no weapons and can't pick up any weapons.
-Weapon lockers can also cause one to lose their weapons.
-When switching weapons, the weapons that I was previously on would simply disappear.
-Sometimes, there would be nothing at places where weapons spawn. However, if I walk over them, there would be a sound indicating that I picked up something. I would pick up nothing, yet my slot for that weapon would be used up.

This bug occurs quite often and other players also experience this bug. Please fix this annoying bug!!!
I lost so many vopral and rage weps because of it fuu

Theres loads of comments about it on another thread, but you'll be told that 'it's your connection' which will make you as happy as me... as I too have this bug now pretty much every time I play, you'll notice also over the last few weeks that the player count has dropped right off, because players just can't be bothered playing a discipline that's pretty much unplayable.

Calypto: You have any idea how much 'fun' it is trying to kill a boss using a poxy REVOLVER because nothing else shows up?

I shall be managing the Invasion server temporarily as its highest authority in order to fix this problem. In this, I might or might not remove mutators and features of the server in order to debug it. Any such changes will be temporary.

The recent bonus pack weapons were not on the server packages. The recent change to a unified package for the bonus pack weapons exacerbated the problem.

That's my failure, since I can't expect Calypto to have known that he would have to deal with it, so I will take the blame.

He did. The packages weren't updated, and were therefore missing, which meant weapons werent spawning or behaving correctly.

A secondary aspect of the bug was references to the old version of the EVPC in the old packages. This also caused inventory corruption.

I've deleted the old packages and updated the refs.

it is fixed i tried it
and its working fine
and there are no locker bugs at all
you can pickup lockers more than 10 times and you wont worry about losing a special gun
