At their current stage, hitting someone with cotton balls will deal more damage than these things.

They are...difficult to use. They have really high DPS but as it's constant damage rather than one large delivery such as nano, you need to be incredibly accurate with them.

I wouldn't use these as you need to hit someone say, 5 times, when nano only takes one hit.

Skrith Blade DPS is slightly misleading in that the first strike doesn't notify for a second strike.
