That's because of either absent skybox or no sheet marked as fake backdrop is visible and thus skybox is not rendered. Can be fixed either by:
- using AngelZoneInfo and linking the zone to a box with fog color when there is no skybox
- adding some sheet to a well visible place from all corners and marking it as fake backdrop (that's how I fixed the issue in Blazing for Socio)
btw. SkyZoneInfo can be switched dynamically in ZoneInfo by simple coding.

Just as comment: R78 was bad, X93 was better, Railgun had no problem, srs900 neither. Had same prob in another map but can't recall the name.

I remember someone said that the donation bug had been fixed, but it still happens occasionally. I noticed it's more likely to happen when you donate at the beginning of a round. Also, there's a weird bug that makes frozen players wander. It's not really a big deal, but it's kind of annoying because you have to be at their actual position to thaw them instead of where they floated off to.

That's not a bug.
Only someone with 4 kills or more is eligible to receive a donation. If nobody qualifies then you get a level 1 instead.

A few things that annoy:
- When priming a grenade manually and waiting longer than 3 seconds, the grenade won't be thrown automatically and is practically 'stuck' even LMB is released. It keeps this state until LMB is pressed again, which causes the grenade to explode immediately in front of your nose.
- XM84 (aka flashbang) has a fuse timer of 3 seconds. Was it intended? If yes, why wasn't it documented in the changelog?
- LAW shockwave mines do no attach to victims. Instead, they get stuck and slowly float upwards. The said victim receives no harm and the LAW shockwave mine does nothing.

the sniper R78 must have been changed recently? After every shot there is like 1 sec delay because the wep does sth. like reload, u can hear it also, noise/ sound , dunno how to explain. There is a delay in the shots. i dont remember that weapon did this some days ago. Perhaps it should be? Dunno. I hope not.
