I can save presets both for Loadout and Swapping configuration. By that I mean the preset names appear in the drop-down menu. However I can't load them back if I change anything.

I am always running UT in UAC mode so it shouldn't be a permission issue.

Any ideas?

Swap presets don't work. Loadout presets do.

I am telling you, they don't work on my machine. I can save them, but when I click a preset on the menu to load it, nothing happens.

A quick local test shows that the Loadout presets are working as intended. Either your configuration file is read-only or UT2004 isn't sufficiently elevated.

Did you:
1. Configure a loadout scheme
2. Enter a name
3. Click save
4. Change something in the loadout scheme
5. Click on the menu item?

I'm just making sure that I know what I am doing.

Configure a loadout scheme, type a name into the box, press save. It saves to the current slot the combo box is set to.

And for loading a preset? Just click on the menu item right?

Select one of the presets in the combo box.

That's exactly what I'm doing, and when I'm selecting any preset, it just resets all weapons (i.e. no Pro weapon is selected for swapping any stock weapon)

This menu's presets, as I said in my first post in this thread, do not work. It requires a per-object config implementation or something similar to be implemented and I have more pressing concerns atm than fixing it.

Works.

There are no other preset menus in Ballistic.
