Can't Fire My Weapons on the Server

Ever since some new patch that was made, I can't shoot my guns at all. I can fire my melee weapons and the MR-DR, but that is about it. The grenades also seem to be able to shoot.
On a side note, there is some really annoying message that keeps popping up on my screen but I keep ignoring it because I AM BEING FUCKING SHOT AT.
