AMD graphics drivers and frame latency issues

If you use a modern AMD Radeon HD card, I can recommend the latest Catalyst 13.9 WHQL drivers.
I upgraded from Catalyst 13.4 (the previous WHQL ones) and they've improved their micro-stuttering issues, even with single-card configurations.
So my 7850, which has only been out for 18 months (!), is finally performing like an equivalent nVidia.

I updated to the latest nVidya drivers and my screen went black, god bless Intel HD.

used to have ATI for 10 years and using Nvidia now.

Nvidia drivers give a lot of problems too anyway...ffs forum layout is broken now.
