You had two reason to ban me, I see.
Let me pleas explain to this two points.

1. Reason racisme

Well we played a Hellbender Race map, where when the map finishs, a song is beeing played. I'm not a native english, so I understood not the hole lyric that were been played. When I googled the song afterwards it was the song "Hey there fancy pants - by ween".
I asked another player what this fancy pants is (thats the one of two part that I understood of the lyrics). One played responsed: Its a game. I was really confused, so i asked," for a niggas dance?" Actually the lyrics says: "Play the songs that make us dance" But it sounded to me like "play the song and niggas dance".
I'm sorry that I said it, but it was really not meant rasistic. I was confused because I meant this server was against rasisme and now there was a map on this server that plays a racisme song. (I hope you understand how I mean it)

2. Reason Winject

Well thats true I used winject for another application, not UT2004 but that was my buissness. And well I deleted it afterwards, because AntiTCC kicked me.
Summary

I've never been rasistic to another player on your server before. That rasistic sentence was realated to the song of the map.
Winject was on my pc. I used it for other applications and a long time ago.

On my point of view this ban is not fair and rash. I complain on Azarael for this ban. If he would have related my "rasistic" question to the conversation earlier he would have seen that It wasn't meant rasistic, and may also that i'm not a native english. And also a 7 Day ban for the first time is anyway to much on my point of view. When I looked to other Ban Appeals the most rasistic were 3 days.

Well he didn't understand the song. It's partly because of the map. If the song says nigga and he was asking what was said, it's obvious he had to say it. Sure, from the raw phrase written here, it can seem obvious that it was racism. But given the context, it's more ambiguous...

Not my fault if you didn't read the rules. It's been declared in the past that your intent when using a racist term does not matter - only that you used it. I'm not really inclined to believe someone who had winject installed, either.

And the winject is a cheating framework which when caught may give you a nice permaban. Also no, you played on LDG before you were kicked using AntiTCC for winject (21/06/2013 16:31:29). So no, back then, there was no winject on your computer, and it suddenly appeared a month later when you were caught. Doesn't look like there is some truth about the winject, when you said: "Winject was on my pc. I used it for other applications and a long time ago.". So anything you would want to add?

Yes you're right about winject. I know what it is, but your theorie is wrong. I used with rome2, stronghold and other games. Also before I bought ut04. I installed also cheatengine, very usefull tool. But i didn't get caught anytime because I didn't used it anytime for ut.
Or are my gaming skill that good? You, Izumo, used to spectate me once, too. You remeber, you opened an "You mad bro"-Picture in my chrome while I had a good game in an assault map with an ion tank? So was I ever under suspicion for cheating? My score says no.
I don't deny I cheat in other games, but is this an valvuable reason for permaban? Shouldn't this be my problem?

Seriously I don't know if I should continue this discussion in my spare free time. If you belive me or not I took into consideration to donate you guys some money for your work to keep those server alive in an dying game.

Does AntiTCC scan entire computer? I didn't think so. So my post will assume it doesn't.

He says the cheat wasn't used for UT2004, but then why is it in his UT2004 folder?

Having someone with cheat files is not someone who should be playing here, regardless of they are racist or not.

Saying 'I only cheat in other games' doesn't really fill me with confidence, especially when AntiTCC sees it in your UT2004 folder, or active in system memory/processes.

TCC reads the Windows prefetch directory as well - this is where the files were found.
