Not smart... sometimes your admins really make a mistakes. And what about laugh - 140 dedicated server all over the world, connected on 100MBit/s, simultaneously downloading data from a server isn't fun at all, I think. Be polite with your players - UT2004 is not a minecraft - players are rare and unique, and some of them really respectful people.
140 dedicated servers isn't much.
Look, you're not first who tried this crap, you're probably not last either. Things work a little bit differently about this stuff.

While you may have a case for the ban about team switching, given there was no complaints at the time and you may have been doing it to balance, it's no excuse to ban evade.
Joining after evading the ban to say "You are wasting your time, I am an IT-Security Spec for 10 years =)" doesn't really set a good example on your behalf.
