If i understood right both topics are about him. So i'm not sure about how much time.. If count both topics must be permanent.

If I understand right, he should have a 14 day ban but he has a 21 day credit...

If I understood right guy had 3,7 days by socio. After Izumo wrote a post about credits Socio answered tht he banned guy again (=14 days). + guy was already banned with another name (= would be 30 days, coz according his GUID both topics about same guy). Means now he would have perm.

If he's the same guy than the credit has been depleted as he was banned only for "3 days" instead of 30. So well, can't learn as it seems, eligible to perma.
