Nope or yope?

Is it ramming if you just "park" your raptor on an objective and "sit" there for about 4 seconds, so you prevent your teammate to finish it (not intending to ram the person or anything, not using booster when you could)? So technically I have been rammed and not the other way around.
I will take it (the ban), but in any case, it should be 3 days if any because my 1st "offense" was just having a "dick" in my user-name and if there are no double standards regarding this it should be wiped out, if you take into account recent nicks as "just a dick", "just a fag", "just a shit" and others being allowed on here.
This recent incident would probably result only in a warning or a season ban if there would be another person (admin) involved (or even being ignored) but because of the personal dislike of me by that person, ongoing for a very long time this whole thing resulted in something a little bigger.
