permanent ban ?

hello,
tonight i was banned permanently on race server (pieron's house)while using a tank, without any warning...
I realized that, maybe, using a tank hiden in a box at the beggining of the map is not permitted ?
if it's the reason I appologised, I saw too many players doing the same that I believed it was permitted.
Please consider my request.
