Read this topic in the context of BW only. On BW, there aren't that many US players. Spreading into the US could enable that to change.

As the topic is in the general section, it's true that I didn't think much about BW. I don't know if there is a lot of US players in BW (it's a long time I haven't played :P ) but if you think it could be successful, why not. But for Assault I don't think it would work good.
Its all about the game, and how you play it
All about control, and if you can take it
All about your debt, and if you can payit
Its all about pain and whos gonna make it...

The only gametypes I'm really looking forward to are RACE and BW, as these are the most time-sensitive gametypes and assault wouldn't work with so few players.

I wouldn't be against USA server if I ended up here sometime later, given that west coast players suffer unplayable ping. Otherwise I'm not really inclined to pay for it.

Oh, I should be clear: 3 of the US players have suggested they'll pay for it. We honestly didn't expect you or anyone else to pay for it.

How the server would be run would be down to the ones paying for it and managing it. I don't expect to be involved in that. The only thing which would be guaranteed to be consistent across the two servers, were they both a part of LDG, would be the weapon balance, and if Izumo were to agree to be involved, assuming you guys get something usable, I expect he'd have his own stipulations.

Im all for you guys be involved .Is it possible to start from ground zero like it use to be. Myself am looking for what it use to be.And offer that in the beginning to everyone so its fun. Weapons like it use to be. Maps also. Like it use to be. We are not looking at this like a pro thing. Least not myself .=

The weapon balance would have to be consistent between servers. I don't have the old balance, I'm not prepared to support older unbalanced versions and I don't think it will be good for anyone if weapons handle differently on two different servers.
