Permanant ban !

Really..... some poor loosers with an itchy trigger finger.
"Permanent ban" is displayed if ingame admin or WebAdmin is used to ban a player. It rarely indicates that we intend to make a permanent ban.
The log is of no help, so I'm going to assume it was spawnkilling from previous chat on the map.
