Re: Unreal Engine 4 is open source
Well it depends. Your article mainly refers to a Free to play version, but on another one I read yesterday they were talking about a reedition of the first UT or... a new Unreal Tournament game
We'll see next Thursday...

Its all about the game, and how you play it
All about control, and if you can take it
All about your debt, and if you can payit
Its all about pain and whos gonna make it...

Re: Unreal Engine 4 is open source
I recall Epic stating no Unreal Tournament for UE4. So don't get too much excited. Besides, as with UT2k4, there is HD support in the engine already. It may just need similar tweaks like Aza made for HUD. I don't think they are bothered with free to play version of UT (well, pirates, rite, Donnie? ). So afterall it could be something UE4 related.
